Taluma: Konto und Daten löschenTaluma: delete your account and data

Für die App Taluma (Android) und die Web-App. Anbieter: Michael Mai. Du kannst die Löschung auf drei Wegen beantragen – mit und ohne App.For the Taluma app (Android) and the web app. Provider: Michael Mai. You can request deletion in three ways – with or without the app.

1. In der App1. In the app

Für jedes Konto, auch ein Gastkonto ohne E-Mail. Die Löschung wirkt sofort.

  1. Taluma öffnen, unten Ich.
  2. Datenschutz & Daten öffnen.
  3. Unter Meine Daten auf Konto löschen tippen.
  4. Zweimal bestätigen („Weiter“, „Endgültig löschen“).

For every account, including a guest account without e-mail. Deletion takes effect at once.

  1. Open Taluma, tap Me at the bottom.
  2. Open Privacy & data.
  3. Under My data, tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm twice ('Continue', 'Delete for good').

2. Im Browser, ohne App2. In the browser, without the app

Für Konten mit E-Mail-Adresse, Google- oder Apple-Anmeldung. Die App muss dafür nicht installiert sein.

  1. taluma.mai-michael.de/app/ öffnen und anmelden (E-Mail-Code, Passwort, Passkey, Google oder Apple).
  2. Ich → Datenschutz → Meine Daten.
  3. Konto löschen und zweimal bestätigen. Bei Google- oder Apple-Konten fragt die Seite eventuell noch einmal nach der Anmeldung.

For accounts with an e-mail address, Google or Apple sign-in. The app does not need to be installed.

  1. Open taluma.mai-michael.de/app/ and sign in (e-mail code, password, passkey, Google or Apple).
  2. Me → Privacy → My data.
  3. Delete account and confirm twice. For Google or Apple accounts the page may ask you to sign in once more.

3. Per E-Mail3. By e-mail

Für jedes Konto, auch ohne App und ohne Gerät. Schreib an kontakt@mai-michael.de mit dem Betreff „Taluma: Konto löschen“.

  • Konto mit E-Mail, Google oder Apple: schreib von der Adresse, mit der du angemeldet bist.
  • Gastkonto: nenne die Konto-ID. Du findest sie in der App unter Ich → Datenschutz & Daten → Meine Daten → Daten exportieren (Feld userId).

Wir antworten an diese Adresse, bitten um eine kurze Bestätigung und löschen dann innerhalb eines Monats.

For every account, even without the app or a device. Write to kontakt@mai-michael.de with the subject 'Taluma: delete account'.

  • Account with e-mail, Google or Apple: write from the address you sign in with.
  • Guest account: include the account ID. You find it in the app under Me → Privacy & data → My data → Export my data (field userId).

We reply to that address, ask for a short confirmation and then delete within one month.

Vorher: Abo kündigenFirst: cancel your subscription

Das Löschen des Kontos beendet kein Abo bei Google Play. Kündige ein Talumi-Abo vorher im Play Store: Profilbild → Zahlungen & Abos → Abos → Taluma → Kündigen. Restliches Talumi-Guthaben und Freischaltungen verfallen mit dem Konto.

Deleting the account does not end a subscription on Google Play. Cancel a Talumi subscription first in the Play Store: profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Taluma → Cancel. Remaining Talumi and unlocks lapse with the account.

Dein Konto und alles, was daran hängt: Profil (Name, Land, Sprache, Zeitzone), Geburtsdaten und Horoskope, Legungen, Fragen, Deutungen, Notizen und Stichworte, Tagesfragen und Spiegelprofil, Verbindungen zu anderen Personen, Einwilligungen samt Verlauf, Anmeldungen (E-Mail, Passwort, Passkeys, Google/Apple samt Profilbild), Feedback und Antworten, KI-Meldungen, Talumi-Guthaben und Freischaltungen, Vorlese-Audio, Messdaten zum Konto und die Konten-IP-Ereignisse.

Your account and everything attached to it: profile (name, country, language, time zone), birth data and charts, readings, questions, interpretations, notes and keywords, daily questions and mirror profile, connections to other people, consents with their history, sign-ins (e-mail, password, passkeys, Google/Apple including the profile picture), feedback and replies, AI reports, Talumi balance and unlocks, read-aloud audio, measurement data for the account and the account IP events.

Was bleibt und wie langeWhat is kept and for how long

  • Kaufbelege von Google Play ohne Konto und ohne Kauf-Token: Produkt, Betrag, Bestellnummer, Zeitpunkt, dazu ein Kaufprotokoll ohne Konto. Grund: Nachweis von Käufen und Erstattungen.
  • Bonus-Nachweis: wer einmal den E-Mail-Bonus bekommen hat, bleibt als nicht umkehrbarer Hashwert (keine Adresse im Klartext) gespeichert, damit der Bonus nicht mehrfach entsteht.
  • Fehlerberichte hängen an einer zufälligen Installations-Kennung, nicht am Konto, und werden nach 30 Tagen automatisch gelöscht. Der Versionsstand je Installation höchstens 30 Tage.
  • Server-Protokolle des Proxys werden nach 14 Tagen gelöscht.
  • Zahlen ohne Personenbezug (zum Beispiel wie oft eine Karte gezogen wurde, nur ab zehn Konten).
  • Sicherungskopien laufen in ihrem Rhythmus aus (vollständige Server-Sicherungen: zehn wöchentliche Stände, monatliche Auslagerung über drei Monate) und dienen nur der Wiederherstellung.
  • E-Mails, die du uns geschrieben hast, bleiben im Postfach, bis sie nicht mehr gebraucht werden.
  • Google Play purchase records without account and without purchase token: product, amount, order number, time, plus a purchase log without account. Reason: proof of purchases and refunds.
  • Bonus record: whoever received the e-mail bonus once stays stored as an irreversible hash (no address in clear text), so the bonus cannot be claimed twice.
  • Error reports belong to a random installation ID, not to the account, and are deleted automatically after 30 days. The version per installation for at most 30 days.
  • Server logs of the proxy are deleted after 14 days.
  • Figures without personal reference (for example how often a card was drawn, only from ten accounts).
  • Backups expire on their schedule (full server backups: ten weekly generations, monthly off-site copies for three months) and are used for restoring only.
  • E-mails you sent us stay in the mailbox until they are no longer needed.

Nur einen Teil löschenDelete only some data

Ohne das Konto zu löschen, geht unter Ich → Datenschutz & Daten: einzelne Journal-Einträge oder den ganzen Verlauf mit Notizen leeren, eine Einwilligung widerrufen (das löscht zum Beispiel Geburtsdaten oder Stichworte) und Messung ausschalten (das löscht die Messdaten dieses Bereichs).

Without deleting the account, under Me → Privacy & data you can delete single journal entries or clear the whole history with notes, withdraw a consent (which deletes, for example, birth data or keywords) and switch measurement off (which deletes that area's measurement data).

Gut zu wissenGood to know

  • Die App zu deinstallieren löscht nichts auf dem Server.
  • Ein Konto, das 12 Monate nicht benutzt wird, löschen wir automatisch mit allen Daten. Das gilt auch für Gastkonten, deren Gerät oder App nicht mehr existiert.

  • Uninstalling the app deletes nothing on the server.
  • An account that is not used for 12 months is deleted automatically with all its data. This also applies to guest accounts whose device or app no longer exists.
