2. Wo die Website läuft2. Where the website runs
Die Website läuft auf eigener Hardware des Verantwortlichen in Deutschland. Ein vorgeschalteter Reverse-Proxy, ebenfalls eigene Hardware in Deutschland, nimmt die verschlüsselte Verbindung entgegen. Es gibt keinen externen Hoster und kein CDN. Schriften, Bilder und Klänge kommen von dieser Website selbst, nicht von Dritten.
The website runs on the controller's own hardware in Germany. A reverse proxy in front of it, also own hardware in Germany, terminates the encrypted connection. There is no external host and no CDN. Fonts, images and sounds come from this website itself, not from third parties.
3. Server-Protokolle3. Server logs
Bei jedem Aufruf verarbeiten Proxy und Webserver technisch notwendige Daten: IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene Adresse, Statuscode, übertragene Datenmenge und die Kennung des Browsers (User-Agent). Zweck: Betrieb und Sicherheit der Website, Abwehr von Angriffen (unter anderem automatische Sperre auffälliger Adressen). Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
Speicherdauer: Protokolle des Proxys werden nach 14 Tagen gelöschtare deleted after 14 days. Das Protokoll des Webservers wird nach Datenmenge rotiert (höchstens drei Dateien zu je 10 MB) und dabei überschrieben. Aufrufe persönlicher Einladungslinks (/i/…) schreibt der Proxy nicht in sein Protokoll, der Webserver nur ohne den Code.
On every request the proxy and web server process technically necessary data: IP address, time, requested address, status code, amount of data transferred and the browser identifier (user agent). Purpose: operating and securing the website, fending off attacks (including automatic blocking of suspicious addresses). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention: proxy logs werden nach 14 Tagen gelöschtare deleted after 14 days. The web server log is rotated by size (at most three files of 10 MB each) and overwritten in the process. Requests to personal invitation links (/i/…) are not written to the proxy log, and the web server logs them without the code.
4. Cookies und Speicher im Browser4. Cookies and browser storage
Die öffentlichen Seiten setzen keine Cookies. Ausnahmen:
- Wer einen persönlichen Einladungslink öffnet, erhält das Cookie
taluma_invite(90 Tage, nur für diese Website, für Skripte nicht lesbar). Es ist für den Zugang zur Testversion unbedingt erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG; Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). - Wählst du eine Sprache, merkt sich dein Browser sie lokal (Eintrag
taluma-lang). Der Server erfährt davon nichts.
The public pages set no cookies. Exceptions:

Für Einladungslinks wird ohne IP-Adresse festgehalten, welche Einladung wann genutzt wurde (Bezeichnung der Einladung, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene Adresse, Status, Datenmenge). Zweck: den Test steuern und verlorene Links sperren. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Speicherdauer: bis 30 Tage nach Ende des geschlossenen Testsuntil 30 days after the end of the closed test.
For invitation links, the following is recorded without IP address: which invitation was used when (invitation label, time, requested address, status, amount of data). Purpose: running the test and blocking lost links. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: bis 30 Tage nach Ende des geschlossenen Testsuntil 30 days after the end of the closed test.
6. Kontakt per E-Mail6. Contact by e-mail
Schreibst du mir eine E-Mail, verarbeite ich deine Adresse und deine Nachricht, um zu antworten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b bzw. f DSGVO). Die Mail bleibt in meinem Postfach und wird gelöscht, wenn sie nicht mehr gebraucht wird. Es gibt kein Formular und keinen Newsletter.
If you e-mail me, I process your address and message to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The mail stays in my inbox and is deleted once it is no longer needed. There is no form and no newsletter.

Keine Analyse-Werkzeuge, keine Werbung, keine Social-Media-Plugins, keine Inhalte von Dritten. Teilst du einen Link in einem Messenger, ruft dessen Dienst die Seite für die Vorschau ab; dafür gelten die Bedingungen des Messengers.
No analytics, no ads, no social media plugins, no third-party content. If you share a link in a messenger, its service fetches the page for the preview; the messenger's terms apply to that.
8. Deine Rechte8. Your rights
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitungen nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f (Art. 21). Du kannst dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren (Art. 77), zum Beispiel bei der Behörde deines Bundeslands. Eine kurze Nachricht an mich genügt.
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing under Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21). You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77). A short message to me is enough.

Unter /app/ läuft die Web-App. Du nutzt sie als Gast oder meldest dich an: mit E-Mail-Code, Passwort, Passkey, Google oder Apple. Die E-Mail-Adresse dient der Anmeldung und Nachrichten zu deinem Konto. Die Web-App setzt das Cookie __Host-taluma_web (nur für diese Website, für Skripte nicht lesbar). Es hält dich angemeldet und ist dafür unbedingt erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG; Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Die Sitzung endet nach 14 Tagen ohne Nutzung, spätestens nach 30 Tagen, oder wenn du dich abmeldest. Im Browser speichert die Web-App nur deine Einstellungen und eine zufällige Kennung für Fehlerberichte. Was du in der Web-App anlegst, liegt auf den Servern in Deutschland; dafür gilt die Datenschutzerklärung der App. Dein Konto löschst du selbst unter Ich → Datenschutz → Meine Daten; alle Wege stehen unter Konto löschen.
The web app runs at /app/. You use it as a guest or sign in: with an e-mail code, password, passkey, Google or Apple. The e-mail address is used for signing in and for messages about your account. The web app sets the cookie __Host-taluma_web (this website only, not readable by scripts). It keeps you signed in and is strictly necessary for that (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG; Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The session ends after 14 days without use, after 30 days at the latest, or when you sign out. In the browser the web app stores only your settings and a random identifier for error reports. What you create in the web app is stored on the servers in Germany; the app privacy policy applies to it. You delete your account yourself under Me → Privacy → My data; all ways are listed under Delete account.
